Glide through the Botanic Gardens in the soft glow of evening as part of Christchurch’s spectacular Illuminate festival. Our limited-time evening punting experiences offer a tranquil escape beneath the trees and stars, made even more magical by gentle onboard lighting and the ambience of the nearby light displays. 

Departing from the historic Antigua Boat Sheds, each 30-minute journey offers the perfect prelude or pairing with a visit to Illuminate. You’ll be wrapped in warmth, surrounded by beauty, and left with memories to treasure.

Please note:

• Infants under 5 ride free on a parent’s lap (no separate seat provided)
• All children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult
• Not valid with discount vouchers, Annual Pass discounts or combo passes
• Weather dependent – cancellation notifications issued by 2pm on the day,
  with full refund provided if cancelled
