Tram & Gondola combo

Hop on and off our iconic Christchurch Tram to explore the city centre with an all-day pass and live commentary. There are 18 stops at key inner city highlights including the Botanic Gardens, Riverside Market and New Regent Street, making our restored heritage tramcars a great way to see Christchurch. 

Travel by Gondola cablecar to the top of the Port Hills, a unique Christchurch sightseeing experience offering breath-taking panoramic views of Christchurch, Lyttelton and beyond along with walking tracks, a discovery ride to learn about the area, licensed cafe and gift shop.

INCLUSIONS

Our Tram & Gondola Combo includes an all-day tram ticket and a return gondola ticket. Visit the attractions on the same day or on different days - the choice is yours. 

DURATION

Tram: 50 minutes approx. for a full circuit. Tickets are valid for hop-on hop-off travel for one calendar day.

Gondola: we recommend allowing 2-3 hours for a visit to the Christchurch Gondola, including travel from the central city (the complex is a 15-minute drive from central Christchurch, or a 25-minute ride on public bus #8). Please note the Gondola shuttle from Cathedral Square is not included in the ticket cost and will need to be paid on the day to our staff if required. It is $15 for an adult return ride and $7.50 per child. 

CHILD AGES

Child age is 5-15 years, infants under 5 years travel free (children and infants must be accompanied by a paying adult). Family ticket is valid for two adults and up to three children.
